    Beautiful Bailey!!!

Greetings, Bailey! Happy Cat of the Day to you, sweetheart!

Oh, what a gorgeous, stately and statuesque, oh so photogenic senior girl you are, Bailey! Your Russian Blue like coat and coloring, your sparkling, yellow eyes are so beautiful! Yep, I'm going with Russian Blue! But no matter your breed, you couldn't be any more beautiful if you tried!

I was amazed, reading your backstory, Bailey! Wow, you truly are the ultimate military/AF brat, hehe, having lived in 7 states and 2 countries! But no matter how far your travels, wherever you and your fur siblings and your humans may have hung your collars and hats, home is where the heart is! Right, sweetheart?

I'm so sorry to hear that both of your beloved siblings have earned their angel wings, Bailey.
And while you, at an amazing 19 years old, may be slowing down a bit, dealing with health challenges, it's for sure your Mom and Dad are doing everything in their power to keep you going strong and with them for many happy times to come!

In 2018 before moving from California at the age of 16, she was bitten by a rattlesnake in our back yard. Not only did she survive, but the following year in our backyard in Illinois she killed a bird. She is the epitome of, "You're only as young as you feel." She has slowed down a lot since the fall of 2017 and has hyperthyroidism and kidney decline. She is on special medication and special food, but her vet tells us, if she didn't know she was 19 she wouldn't be able to tell.
Having survived a potentially fatal rattlesnake attack in 2016, not only surviving but flaunting your hunting prowess just a year later, tells me a lot about your fighting spirit and your will to live!

Many thanks to your dear Mommy for sharing you with us today, her heartwarming tribute and so many heart-melting photos; giving us the pleasure of honoring her beautiful best boy. How blessed she and your Daddy are, having known your love and devotion the past 19 wonderful years, having you as as their Cat of the Day, EVERY day; their Cat of a Lifetime! You truly are one in a million, sweetheart, and so very deserving of your big day of honor! I hope you enjoy a very special Cat of the Day celebration...being loved and pampered to pieces, treated to all your heart desirs and more! Lots of love, cuddles and kisses to you, beautiful Bailey, our very special and most deserving Cat of the Day!!!

    Beautiful, brave Bailey!!!

Dearest Bailey, you are absolutely stunning! What a beautiful mature lady you are, indeed! That fluffy grey fur is so pretty and looks so soft, and you have the sweetest face with that matching grey nose and those lovely big golden eyes. You indeed look like there's some Russian Blue heritage there! Thank you for sharing all those great photos with us. They certainly show off your beauty and your sweet spirit! I wish I could reach through the screen and over to Colorado to pet you. I can't, of course, but I know your loving and beloved Meowmie will pet you for me .

What a terrific story you have to tell! You are quite a well-traveled lady, aren't you. You were found as a kitten in North Carolina in 2002, and you've been with your dear Purrrsons ever since. You've moved with them to Arizona, Montana, Italy, Texas, California, Illinois, and finally Colorado, courtesy of the USAF. You survived a rattlesnake bite in 2018, even showing off your hunting skills the next year!

You have the most delightful Purrrsonality! You really live by the slogan "You're only as young as you feel!" You've slowed down some since 2017, and you have hyperthyroidism and kidney decline. You're on special medication and special food, but as your vet tells your Purrrsons, if she didn't know you're 19, she wouldn't be able to tell! You are the last of the three your Meowmie and Dad had before they had human-children. Your sister died in 2018, also at age 19. Meowmie can't sing your praises enough! You're her baby, and she is doing everything she can for you in the time you have together. You love each other very much, don't you. What a wonderful love-filled home you share!

Congratulations, darling Bailey, on being chosen Cat of the Day! We hope you and your dear Meowmie and Dad and all your family and friends are enjoying a fine celebration, full of fun and lovies and all your favorite games and treats. We know your dear sibling Angels are rejoicing with you at the Rainbow Bridge!

I meant," said Ipslore bitterly, "what is there in this world that truly makes living worthwhile?"
    Death thought about it.
CATS, he said eventually. CATS ARE NICE.

    Beautiful blue-grey Bailey!

Hello, gorgeous Bailey and happy Cat of the Day!

What a beautiful lady you are! I am a total sap when it comes to blue-grey kitties and you are meow-nificent! I would like to pet your plush fur, which looks very smooth and soft to pet. Or just to admire you as you enjoy the day.

Because you are a senior lady, your people are taking extra-special care of you. You receive special food and medication, and your people are doing everything they can for the time you have together. You have lived in many different places, from North Carolina to Colorado with even Italy in between! I agree completely with my friend tatsxxx11- you are one in a million, the cat of a lifetime!

Happy, happy Cat of the Day to beautiful Bailey!
