Hi Josie, Kiri here. I am a tabby like yourself and spent my first 4 months on the streets. Hence I absolutely know about the importance of FOOD! I only can encourage you to never forget your FOOD and it is very smart of you to remind your parents. I can see at the professional look you give the oven that you are a skilled chef and I definitely think you deserve the reward of being Cat of the Day.

Josette is spectacular and adorable!! Just wanted to say not to freak you out but kittens are a little nuts and once I had a deaf kitten named Snow and when I took the tea off the stove she leapt on a red hot burning element. Now I almost stroked out but she was only burned a wee bit on two paws and was right as rain in a few days. Just always put a pot or or a lid on the burner if the kitty hangs around whilst you cook cuz it's safer. Wierd story but true eh. Josie is so wonderful, congrats on her being the most adorable Cat of the day

Gosh, look up the definition of "CUTE" in the dictionary and I think you might just find Josette! What an adorable little girl you are...and so happy you were rescued from the shelter! We love rescue stories and wish all orphaned kitties could have loving homes of their own. Josette, you are indeed a little princess Cat of the Day!

What a sweet and innocent, "come hither" look you're wearing in your featured photo! Your Mommy may have thought it would be a long haired beauty who would win over her heart, but you showed her, didn't you, Josette...and BFF Al, too!

Your Mommy sure picked out a winner of a "first" in you, Josette; It was clearly a case of love at first sight! Then again, who could resist a purring, nuzzling, lovable little fluffball as charming as you!!! And speaking personally, any creature, 2 or 4 legged, who loves her/his food, is my kind of girl/guy!
