I am glad that they let the guys kid keep holding on. Prayers sent that he returns safely to his family, and prayers sent for all of our service men and women overseas that they can come home to their families too.

When I rolled the mouse over the link, I saw what it was about and couldn't bring myself to view the video. When I traveled for work years ago, my son, who was 5 at the time, lived w/my parents for two months. (His dad and I were separated.) I came home on the weekends and each time that I had to leave, he'd wrap himself around my legs and cry and scream. I sobbed for hours afterwards. Those were the longest two months of my life and I'm sure it felt the same way for my son. So I can only imagine how heartbreaking it is for parents to leave on deployment. I sure do wish this and all military families only the best. They sacrifice so much for us.
    Blessings,
    Mary
