I dont know how to make one! How do you put them under your name..??

You need a picture 60 pixels square (or smaller) and then go to user control panel and then to edit options and scroll down to change avatar and then continue as it tells you (I forget what it actually says next ) If you need help resizing a picture any number of people will gladly help you, including me if I can.
