Sweet Little Sarah!
Dearest Sarah, what an utterly adorable child you are! You're just one month old, practically an infant still! Yet, you are already showing signs of the beautiful cat you are growing to be. Thank you for sharing that great photo with us! Those growing paws are so cute. Your pale Creamsicle Tabby fur is beautiful, so fluffy and soft-looking, but it's too soon to tell how long it will grow out to be. You have the sweetest face, with that little pink nose and those lovely kitteny-blue eyes. I wish I could reach through the screen and over to Hudson, NC to pet you, and pet your doggie housemates, too! I can't, of course, but I know your loving and beloved Purrrson will pet you all for me .
And what an uplifting story you have to tell! At less than a month old, you had been abandoned by your mother. We are so very glad and grateful that you were found and rescued by your dear Purrrson-to-be while he/she was out walking the dogs! Now you have two canine siblings who are very protective of you! They check on you and occasionally give you a giant-tongue bath. You are very special because you are a survivor. You are very cuddly and love to be held. You don't yet meow, but you have a delightfully ready purr. You're a sweet girl, and you and your dear Purrrsons and doggies all love each other very much, don't you. What a wonderful love-filled home you share!
Congratulations, darling Sarah, on being chosen today's Cat of the Day! We hope you and your Purrrsons and doggie pals and all your family and friends are enjoying a fine celebration, full of fun and lovies and all your favorite games and treats.

I meant," said Ipslore bitterly, "what is there in this world that truly makes living worthwhile?"
Death thought about it.
CATS, he said eventually. CATS ARE NICE.
