There is a purebred red and white BC and a tan and white BC mix at
the Spalding County Animal Shelter in Griffin, GA.
Someone took it upon their self to create a blog on BlogSpot and
post dogs from the kill house and try to find homes. Here's the limited
information on both of them.
The red and white:
ID# 1025 Border Collie - Every time I raised the camera to take a
pic of this boy, he would go into that BC "crouch" and give me
the "eye." As soon as I put the camera away, he would bounce back up
and wag his tail as if we were playing a fun game! This boy is about
4 years old and is the most gorgeous chocolate color. He will be
available Dec. 14 and his last day is listed as Dec. 15. Please call

The tan and white:
ID# 3235 Border Collie mix - This is a gorgeous tan and white Border
Collie mix female, about a year old. She was picked up as a stray.
She is very happy, outgoing and just loves attention. She was
friendly with my 2 young sons. She will be available Dec. 13 and her
last day is listed as Dec. 14. Please call the shelter at 770-467-
4772.
I'm sure I could convince my parents to take either one or both of
them if they were in here in Winnipeg, promising to rehome one
seeing as how their "adoption" fee is only $20.00 US + $10.00 the
their rabies vouch. BUT, they're all the way down in Georgia while
we're up here in Manitoba, Canada.
