    Jack's latest "thing"

He has discovered how to get under the covers - between the comforter and the sheet! He normally comes out when we get home, but he didn't this time so I was looking everywhere for him. I was starting to get worried and thought I'd check under the bed in the guest room before I started getting too worried. Well....all I had to do was turn the light on and I knew I found him. Knowing he was ok, I immediately went to get the camera to document his new found fun.

    Is that you Jack?

Yeah, it's me meowmie, what do you want? And it better be good for interrupting a perfectly good nap!

And so Peanut doesn't feel left out....Terry got a new laptop. I had to physically connect it to our internet to configure some things and I only had a short Cat5 cable, so I had to sit a little uncomfortably while I was waiting on hold for tech support. The only redeeming factor was the "help" I was getting on my end of the line because I wasn't getting much help from the other end of the line.

**Smooches for CJ** He looks so cute under the covers.

AND of course, I always love Peanut. Great pics.

How cute! One of my friend's cats always crawled under her quilt during the day. He was there before she left for work in the morning and sometimes when she got home at night, she suspected that he hadn't moved all day.

At least Peanut looks like she is earning her keep!

Isn't that funny? My cats never have done that at all, but I can remember my childhood cat, Tigger, would sleep between my legs, under the covers at night. I couldn't move! LOL!! Shrimp Boat, my first cat of my own, used to love to get on the bed, right when I was changing the sheets! I would end up making the bed over her and she would hide in there for hours.

Peanut, you are a beautiful girl!!!!!

We call that "lumping" at our house. Zingo started doing that when he was freaked out about something now he does it on cold days as well...I always check the beds before I panic.....and he always looks so cute when you move the blankets and he has sleepy cat look....definitely makes me want o crawl under with him!

Aww...you are too cute CJ! Can I take a nap with you?

Good job helping your Meowme, Peanut! It looks like you made the "on hold" delay a little more tolerable!

Aww! CJ! My RB Goldie used to do that .... I'd call it a "cat-a-lump" Neither one of the M's like going undercover and I kinda miss that, although Mishi is my bed-buddy and HAS to sleep right next to me, preferably on MY pillow. Ms. Peanut, as always, is just precious as your tech support helper

This is cute! Gypsy does the same thing on our bed. There have been times I didn't realize it was her and almost sat on her.
Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) is a full management plan in which stray and feral cats already living outdoors in cities, towns, and rural areas are humanely trapped, then evaluated, vaccinated, and sterilized by veterinarians. Kittens and tame cats are adopted into good homes. Healthy adult cats too wild to be adopted are returned to their familiar habitat under the lifelong care of volunteers

Jack, how is it that you get cuter and cuter with each passing day?

  13. Isn't it funny how they have a "thing" they will do for a while. Then it is some new "thing" they like to do or place they like to relax!

The second pic of his is soooo soooo sweet.

    Here's Freckles version.
The first time I saw her do this, I got close "Freckles, you OK?" She meowed, so I didn't worry again.
