    What kind of dog?

I got my dog sisters,Chloe and Zoey, about 3 years ago from a locar shelter. The sign on the cage said they were lab mixes. My family says that they could be part border collie. What do you think?

They are full grown and they only come up to my knee. They are EXTREAMLY fast and once jumped over a six foot fence.

She definatly looks like a black lab! when we got mine there was a pup with white under her, just like your pup which made me question the breed a bit! Is your dog older? I know my black lab Meg had white under her chin now but thats due to old age!

Actually well bred labs are are a little on the short side, about 22-24 inches if I remember correctly.

They look like they have a LOT of lab in them, I really don't see anything else in them, but that doesn't mean they don't have something mixed in with them.

They are cuties though, no matter what breed(s) they are!

I don't see BC at all...definately lab! They actually look a lot like my Jack dog
He is very fast, incredibly smart...We are thinking he is a lab/beagle mix...he is 9 months old. Whatever they are they sure are cute!!

I was going to say they remind me of Jack, too!

They could definitely be part Beagle or another sporting breed (maybe Pointer?) from their ears and expressions, it'd also explain the smaller size. Most Labs are pretty fast, energetic, and bouncy anyway! But, they could always have a small amount of BC in them. If they were anything near 1/2 BC, they'd have a longer coat and an undercoat.
