    YAY! I ordered him (Red-Tail Boa)

    Well I just sent the bank check to the guy for my new Red-Tail Boa. He's a 4 foot male Guyana - I know I said I wanted a Peruvian, but this guy was GORGEOUS. I couldn't resist.

    He arrives on Thursday. I need to think of a name. He'll be living in Prism's old cage.

    Thanks for the suggestion. I came up with a name for him though -

    Shinja

    It means "Sacred snake" in Japanese. What do you think?

    Well Shinja arrived this morning, safe and sound.

    He's HUGE. A lot bigger than I was expecting, but absolutely gorgeous, and he has a wonderful temperament to boot. Not a single hiss. He is a bit headshy though - but I can get him over that.
