    An accident...prayers for Major please

    On Wednesday, we went to the farm. Well, Major had gotten into some rat poison, and we are very sure he ate some. My dad was at the farm today again and he realized what had happened...I didn't know until around 6:00 pm tonight, and so we took him to the vet in Yorkton. They tested his blood and it didn't show any signs of posion, but it is the blood thinning kind, and she said that the symptoms might not show up for a little, and that it takes quite a while to show. So we are not sure if he ate it or not, but my dad really thinks he did because he found the container but no blue cubes, rat poison.

    My dad doesn't know how much was left but I'm really hoping Major will be ok. They gave him a low dose of antidote I believe, and a low dose of Vitamin K, which is supposed to counteract the blood thinning. Please, please please please please keep him in your prayers!
