    My signature has been added to the petition! I've heard about this legislation, finally something propsed that makes some sense! I definitely WILL be sharing this with my animal loving, pet owning friends!!!!!

    I signed. It could have been one of the things that caused me and my father to lose our Milo. That is, if someone didn't intentionally poison him.
