Rescue blew the Ky St. Bernard off! He is facing euth again!

Hi All, the St. Bernard, Sarge, at the pikeville shelter in KY had the rescue back out for some reason. His thread is below. He is again facing euth along with 3 other PB dogs a DOCTOR dumped at the overfull shelter today because he didn't have time for them. There are also 2 goldens and a bassett, neutered w/ current shots, facing euth as well.

We are drowning in big dogs in KY and it isn't their fault!

Is ther any way you wonderful big dog people can start the rescue pleas for Sarge again...it would be a shame to let this beauty die simply because he is a big boy and take up room.

TODAY THE SHELTER HAD 3 PB DOGS TURNED IN THAT ALSO NEED OUT. 2 PB GOLDEN RET. UTD ON SHOTS AND ALREADY NEUTERED. 1 PB BASSET HOUND UTD ON ALL SHOTS AND ALREADY NEUTERED.

HE WAS A OWNER SURRENDER SO HE'S FIRST ON THE LIST TO BE EUTH. HE'S ONLY 4 YEARS OLD AND SWEET AS CANDY.

That is so sad! I am ready to cry.

I REALLY wish that I could help, but I live too far away, and my parents won't allow it...
