    an update and a hello :)

    Thank you Aly for showing me THIS THREAD It's nice to know you're thinking about Ruby and I. I've been meaning to come make a post here recently, but hadn't gotten to it yet.

    Ruby and I are now living in Lexington, KY. We left western Washington towards the end of May. MAN, it is HOT here. We both miss the moderate Washington weather. However, things are going very well here, we're adjusting nicely. I've been pretty busy... new job, new apartment, new people, new city... but things are finally starting to settle and I'm managing to get some "down time". I'll try to post more often (especially photos). If you'd like to reach me, my Email address is [email protected]. I also update my LiveJournal fairly regularly so feel free to add me there if you're a member; my name is ruby_mutt.

    I've been thinking about PT a lot since I've moved out here because Ohio is now just a hop, skip, and a jump away. I would LOVE to be able to attend one of the infamous Findlay Ohio PT Meetings!

    Champ, my parent's dog, is doing nicely as well. They are all still living in Washington, but my parents keep me posted and Email me a lot of photos. He was recently diagnosed with a disease (I can't remember the name of it), but it's like an acid reflex in dogs. No worries, he's happy and healthy so long as he takes his meds

    It's nice to be back at PT... I'm off to peruse the other threads now

    Welcome back! You just missed the Ohio meeting this past Sunday I'm glad to see you back. If you think it's hot there, you should come down here. Good to hear from you.

    Thanks for checking in, Lindsey! I've been wondering about you and Ruby girl since the move and miss chatting with you on AIM.
    Kentucky isn't THAT far from Florida, either... You and Ruby are welcome to come and stay at our motel. Hopefully if you do make it to one of the Ohio meetings, we'll be there too! I believe the next one is in September?

    Anyhow, it's nice to hear from you. Hope everything continues to go well and you get more free time to share with us here. Give Ruby girl a hug from me.

    Hello Lindsey! It is so good to hear from you. I have always wondered what had happened to you. I miss seeing Ruby. I always thing she is such a stunning doggie. I hope you will continue to share her with us. I can't believe you moved all the way to Kentucky. Did you make the move on your own? I'm glad to hear that you are adjusting well to your new environment. That would be so wonderful if you could atually make it to one of our Pet Talk meetings.

    HEY! It's great to see your name as a thread starter again! I always loved seeing Ruby! I have a friend that may be moving to Kentucky soon, too. If he does, I may just have to stop by and say hi to you guys, too. Glad you're adjusting well, I know what leaving Washington is like. I left there and moved to Virginia. I left Washington in 1997, and, I STILL miss the beautiful weather. Welcome to this side of the country, it has it's wonderful qualities, too!
