    Why is Elvis doing this?

Elvis is my new betta. When I feed him, he takes it in and then spits it back out? Why is this?

    THANKS SO MUCH BUTTERCUP!

Siam did the same thing when we first got him. If he was fed different food at the ps, it may take him a while to get used to it. Hopefully he'll start eating soon! it took Siam about a week to a week and a half.

They also do this when they have had enough to eat. They are greedy little things and even when they are full full they still try to eat.

My betta does it sometimes, I think it is because the pellets are not soft enough yet?
