    a ittle LESS of me!

I'm proud of myself. Since I've gone back to work full time I've dropped about 20 pounds! Between not eating too much an d working it off (it helps to have a physical job) I'm down to 270. Last time at the doctor's, I weighed in at an earth shaking 293 pounds, which was TOO much. Thiwill also help my diabetes!

Thanks, Donna! I also got rid of the old man's goatee and now I'm down to a moustache which I think makes look 5 years younger!

As I said in the begining, it helps a lot to have a physical job to help knock off those pounds!
