    Semi-drop Ears

    Rounded Bat-ears

  2. Lexi has pendant ears. As you can see from the picture I posted of her.

I allowed multiple choice, for multiple dogs. I also forgot to put One up-one down, so that could be other.

Tanog has drop ears, Winston's are erect and I'm not sure what Tia's are. They're kind of like a drop ear but she's got weird kinks in them....

Paysons are both pendant and rose ears. When he is relaxing they both sit like the rose ears. When he is outside usually one is pendant and the other is rose.

Thanks for the great signature Kay!

All 3 of mine have Erect Ears. Being Smooth Collies, Oz and Gully's ears should look like the Collie you have pictured. But being companion dogs vs show dogs, I didn't bother with taping or gluing their ears to achieve that look. Besides for the Smoothies I really think they look better with their ears erect.

Actually I must have a partiality towards erect ears, because every dog I get seems to have them.

    Rose for Giselle
    Drop ear for Lucky

Also, what's the difference between pendant and button ears? I don't work with breeds with these ears so I have no clue!

Sadie has button ears as that is what they are called according to the breed standard, however they also look like pendant ears too. Maggie's are semi-drop, but sometimes one is up and one down or sometimes they are both more up. It depends on both of them their mood and if they hear something.

LOL Sophie, Button ears hang over the head(fall forward), as opposed to pendant which hang over to the side of it. Also, button ears tend to be smaller and are almost stiff and plastered in place. At least thats what I have heard and read.

    Niño has rose.
Dalmatians are supposed to have drop, but some have flying, which is a fault. Not to mention throws the ballance of the whole head off. I think flying ears on a nice dal can "ruine" the expression, and most judges agree.
