    salmon and some kind of vegetable, probably cauliflower and broccoli, and spinache salad. I dont like fish (EWW) in any form, so I guess I get some veggies tonight . . . which is good, because all I had today was a Pria bar and a bunch of pixie stix.

    Pounded out boneless chicken stuffed with ricotta & spinach, baked. Rice-a-Roni. Crispy Sourdough bread. Spinach salad. Brought some left-overs for lunch today

    What goes into the vegetarian meatloaf?? I have a meatloaf cookbook and keep adding more - never heard of vegetarian - sounds great!! Can you post or send me the recipe?? Thanks!!

    OH! We had chicken noodle soup for dinner - it cooked all afternoon and the smell was heavenly.

    I had my leftovers for lunch today (the chicken stuffed with ricotta & spinach etc.) So I'm not having dinner tonight, not really hungry so why eat? Maybe I'll just have some dessert
