    Jesus in the sand

I got this in my email so I had to share. I think its amazing.

Pictures below are from a beach in Maryland. The man creates new ones each day, as the ocean washes away his work every day.

This is Chuck Ritchey, Sr. I have watched this man work on the beach at Ocean City, Maryland. Each time I watch him I marvel at his talent and fortitude because it is true that his works get washed away with the tide and he does them again. He is certainly a witness for Jesus Christ as thousands of people, in the course of a day, view his work and watch as he crafts his treasures. May his message be viewed by many.

Thank you Kay for the beautiful sig!

Wow! That is fantistic art work. The man is really talented! I love that "font" he's using too - wonder which one it is!

Those sculptures are probably the ONLY thing worth going to Ocean City for. I remember being a little girl in awe of them and now that I'm a big girl - well, I'm still awed! Seeing them in person is even cooler.

I'm not a religious person but I am an art lover and that takes a lot of talent, I also can't build even a decent sand castle. My one criticism, "gosh even in the sand Jesus look caucasian".

Except for the two "S"s in the second one, it looks just like Trajan.
Yup, I'm one of those weird people - my brain identifies the font as its reading the "message" more often than not.

Those are great sand sculptures. That man is really talented.

There is a man who lives here in town who every year creates a new sand sculpture at the park during the week before Easter.

    These are from this year:
