    Lilly's Excellent Adventure (Pics)

    Well, today was Lilly's day. And it turned out to be another gorgeous one! We had a wonderful time at Devil's Fork State Park (Lake Jocassee) about an hour from our house. We visited with my friend, Holly, and her family, and one of her Goldens, Dixie. I'm going to post a lot of pictures because I wanted to share the beautiful scenery as well. The water was COLD and I waded in up to my thighs (as you will see with my rolled up pants). That's the only way we could get the girls to wade in! LOL!!

    Wow - I'd love to see what our collie would do in all that water...I think I'll wait just a bit since we're still covered in snow out here Truly gorgeous scenery, and clearly, happy, tired out doggies!

    Coaxed in? Lilly, you must not have as much of a *water gene* as your siblings do. Or maybe this was your way of coaxing in Mom. Anyway you must have had a ball to have wore yourself out to where you fell asleep sitting up. You funny girl.

    Logan, again you find another beautiful spot, and from what I can tell they are plentiful in your part of the country. Is the water a clear as it appears to be in these pictures?
