How Much I Enjoy Pet Of The Day!

I've always wanted a way to tell everyone who submits a picture and story of their beloved pets that I look at each and every one and sometimes cry or laugh and always thank you and send you blessings for sharing your love with the many kinds of critters who will tolerate living with us humans! I have a house full of rescued pets and I know there are millions of people doing what I do!!

Ditto! It is the first thing I check out before going to work. ALL of the dogs, cats, and assorted other creatues are of course beautiful, and sweet and well, PERFECT! But what really touches me is the love that just jumps off the page; the love that his/her person, family, etc. feels for that animal. It gets me everytime. I think of how proud that Mom or Dad must be to see their "kid" on the screen. I could just cry! Sometimes it really, really saddens me when I see no one has posted a response to a particular pet. I think it means a lot for the parent to know that other's think their kid is special, too!!

You are absolutely right. Each day I start out with viewing Pet of the Day and enjoy every animal. The stories of the rescues always get to me. The owners need to know how much we enjoy their sharing their family with us.
