    It's friday afternoon.....work schmerk! (pics)

Took the dogs for a long hike today and thought I'd share a few pics.

Buddy, Tasha, Docker, and the neighbor came along with his dog for a little while but they soon turned back (pussies!)

    "Hey, where'd my brothers go?"

    "There they are."

    "We're comin'!"

Docker refused to participate in the posing.

Got a little far ahead and had to run back and check on Dad (he's kinda slow, he only has two-wheel drive).

What could be more fun than exploring a "den" made from a fallen tree! Docker could have used that as a pretty slick bachelor pad only a few weeks ago!

And finally, at the top of the trail, we keep running into this dog (with it's owner). It is quickly becoming Docker's favourite running mate. Her name is Kuna (sp?).

Looks like a great time was had by all.

You would never know from the pics that Docker hasn't been with you his whole life. He fits in so well.

Those are some happy dogs! I'd be happy, too, if I had all that snow to play in. I wish there was some place here to let dogs run free like that. Great pics!

I did the right thing by setting you free
But the pain is very deep.
If only I could turn back time, forever, you I'd keep.
    I miss you

I hear you whimper in your sleep
I gently pet you and say, no bad dreams
It will be alright, to my dog as dark as night.

How I wish I could hold you near.
Turn back time to make it so.
Hug you close and never let go.
