Does anyone know why the red eye reduction on cameras doesnt work on dogs, I ask the guy at the store and he nothing you can do about it.
Any advice?
Maximus is not really A demon but looks like it in the pictures.
Thanks,
Kevin

Ashlee eyes turn a beautful green in a flash. Try pointing your flash up and bouncing it off the ceiling. You can do this with a white note card taped to the front of the camera if your using an on board flash. Or try turning up the ISO so you don't need a flash. Kelcee has pretty green eyes, but with a flash they are yellow. Nina's turn sort of orange and Lucee-Fur, as her name emplys has red eyes !!

Try using LOTS of light! Or use an action setting without any flash.
When I don't want the "demon eyes", but get them anyways in my pictures I edit it out with photoshop.

NiÑo's do it too, and I agree, it's a really pretty color, just not when it's a dog's eye!Originally posted by tomkatzid
