Life begins to return to "normal"

Just some random pics of how CJ is settling in.

Taking a nap with daddy. They both woke up when the flash went off.

Being goofy. He grabs at the flap until it comes up and then he scoots under. I think he would go all the way under, but thank goodness he doesn't fit!

Peanut says "Who dat by my butt?"

"Oh, nothing to interrupt my nap over."

#2 can be quite sneaky....either that or #1 is getting a little deaf and/or "slow" in her old age. That blanket is his favorite and it just so happened to be "parked" next to her favorite spot under the heat lamp. She was sleeping and he - ever so tentatively - jumped up to his bankie. She never even noticed until he decided it was bath time before nap time. Then the movement woke her, but as you can see, the nap was evidently more important than the "hissie-phitt" at the time.

I knew it was impressive so I just had to quick get the camera. Hasn't happened since.

Heat lamp? Is that a special bulb or something? if so, what, where and all the scoop on it for me please??

Weeeelllllll, CJ and Peanut look like they are working right out together... better than expected. They look like such a "pair" sleeping so close together! I am IMPRESSED! She is still so pretty but her pictures do not do her justice compared to real life! Give them both kisses for me!

Methinks it took Eddie and Edwina a year to get that close This is as much success as you can expect.

Great pics Debbie, but tell me, does Terry know that his face is being splattered all over the Net?
A man, his cat and remote control

Well, all that channel changing is exhausting work!
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, champagne in one hand and strawberries in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming WOO HOO - What a Ride!

Yes, as a matter of fact, I emailed him the link. He knows, though, that any picture of the cats is published world wide, even if he's in it.

Laura, it's just a plain old lamp. I just call it her heat lamp because I think she sits there because of the heat the bulb puts out. It's a 3 way and she really pefers it when it's on the 150 watt setting. When it's on the 50 watt, and not throwing much heat, she'd rather be curled up in her little bed. This is why we call her our little baked ham all the time. She sits here, just like a ham sits under a heat lamp on a buffet. She's my little honey baked ham.

Thanks everybody, yes, remarkable progress if I do say so myself...as I hang up the phone after just talking to Terry and he had to interrupt the conversation to yell at them because there was a spat going on. So much for progress....
