Picture posting question re: Shutterfly

If my image isn't showing up and instead, the address is, does that mean that Shutterfly doesn't work anymore for posting on Pet Talk?

This is what I get:

The only thing I notice is that the file isn't in the jpg format.
That has happened to me before on Shutterfly, but I'm sure
I've posting pictures on PT from them before. Don't remember what I did, sorry.

Not sure WHY Pet Talk isn't "accepting" it.


Staci /"shais_mom" uses Shutterfly a lot -
BUT she doesn't post pics DIRECTLY on PT -
she *links* the Album Front Page which opens a
"slide show" of her pictures.

IF my foggie memory serves...
Shutterfly quit "allowing" folks to *link* individual photos
a long time ago... we USED to be able to post the Shutterfly
address of Individual Photos (between the [IM G] and [/ IMG] flags
and everyone could SEE the photo in the post...

Currently, the two Pix Hosting site the do let us directly post pix

You know what's weird, though, John and Liz? I went back to an old post of mine this morning and there is a Shutterfly picture posted there and it is still working. Something is strange. I'm going to go check the properties on that one and see if something is different. I did notice, Liz, that there is no .jpg at the end of the file name. When you post an Imagestation picture there is. I added one, just for the heck of it, and it still didn't work. I did go ahead and upload to Imagestation so I could share the lazy dog pictures I had.

I was having problems at home, uploading to Shutterfly, recently, so I used Imagestation for most of my recent pictures, but today, I was at the office and used Shutterfly, which I find much easier and faster than Imagestation.

I'll figure it out, one way or the other. Might just need to get my own website that I can link. Does anyone have any ideas about that?
