Halloween Costumes?

I've been searching for a Halloween costume for Kiara.

I have a few already, but they all involve a sweater or something hot.
I want something that would be cool for her and cute!
Any suggestions?

Sadie is going to be a ballerina, with a cheap dance skirt I bought at Target. Last year she was Snow White

Something that goes around her neck/head
but not her body.

We actually found a costume tonight while we were grocery shopping. It's a little child's costume but it fits her!
