Hi, my male cat Lucky was a stray and a month after he moved in he was neutered but just before this he had gotten my young female cat pregnant. Well they had three beautiful kittens and the funniest thing is that Lucky is more of a mother than a father. I always thought that a male had nothing to do with the kittens even if they live with them but this guy cleans them, sleeps with them and is a real good dad. Sometimes both the mom and dad sleep together with the kittens. Is this normal or is Lucky one special dad.
