AH!! He's blk & wht--I love him! For some reason I had him pictured as grey and white. And Logan's right--you don't get off that easy...we'll expect lots and lots of pics from now on!

Dad sez that Kat's got extra eyeballs to avoid the kamra! The thingy onlee makes a lil beep-beep comin on; then wun beep iffin it takes a pix or a boop if it's too dark.

Boots hears bout 4 beeps or boops an takes off fer his hang-out inna fallin wadder klozet. Dad got a lotta shots of the south end of a north-bound Kat! We'll keep tryin for a shot of the north end.

With cats careening wildly
It is a night
When no two-legs will sleep.

With hiss and growl
The furry purrsters circle
They yip and howl

By doughy furry warrior

The humans yelp
And search for water squirters
They plead for help
As they hide neath covers

many creatures were stirring,

My hide outs all found out
by Ritzy the cat
I used to hide well
neath the chimney brick there,
but the black and white terror

Off, Ritzy, off, off, you big furry beast!
Either kill me or eat me,
cat play is ever so cruel
My furs all a drippin
from your kitty cat drool.
Away I must scurry, and wish with my might
that I live to see Christmas
And Ritz gets in gifts
only FAKE mice tonight!

A Cat's Christmas Complaint

You say it's not a scratching post
On it you won't let me pee
You say it's not for climbing, well.
How come you call it a tree?

You hang bright shiny things on it
You know will make me swat 'em
And yet when those darned things all break
You're the first to yell and spot 'em!

You say I shouldn't climb it
Or water it my best way
And when I wanna mark it well,
You yell and say "Go away!"

I just don't understand you folks
You must think that it's a great big joke
You bring this pile of temptation here
Cover it with tinsel and expect me to stay clear?

You tell me Santa's watching me
To see if I've been nice or naughty
Well, I know what to say about you
You won't even let me go potty!

If you insist on getting a Christmas tree
You've gotta know it's really for me!
Don't hang things on it that glitter or break
Cause I won't be the one cleaning up THAT mistake!
