    cat got nest of birds...

The cat in the apartment above me attacked and got a nest of baby sparrows. I went to look in at them today and the nest was gone. I found both babies on the ground alive. The people took the nest. So I got the nest back and put the babies back in it and put the nest back where it was. But the mommy hasn’t found them yet. They are still alive but no one to look after them what should I do? This was about 4-5 hours ago. Should I just leave it and hope for the best or keep an eye out on them?

    Darn cat

I would just leave them, but watch to see if momma comes back or not. Momma should return. If she doesn't return call your vet and ask if they take wild birds, if they don't they should be able to refer you to someone who does.

Well since the cat has found a way to get to the nest then the best thing to do is take them to a vet...
