PLEASE READ-Once again I'm worried about Alex-PLEASE READ

I feel like I'm going crazy! Here's the update. She is eating, drinking, and pooping normally. I even got her to eat some fruit last night. She is cleaning herself and active. Here's the problem... I see ANOTHER bump at the base of her tail! It's probably another egg and I'm afraid it will get stuck too. Alex is also puffing up her feathers more. We have a follow up appointment tomorrow at 5:40pm. Should I just watch her and if she acts sick get her in immediately and just keep the regular appointment, or should I take her in now?

I have no idea. Maybe you should call the vet and ask if you should take her in right now? Poor baby. I'm still praying for her and hope she will be just fine.

When I called with the progress report I told them exactly what I posted. She is doing well, but there is a slight bump by her tail. I told the office girl to have the doctor call me if it was an immediate concern. The doctor never called so I think that means I should wait. That doesn't help my worrying though.

Ok, I just got off the phone with Alex's vet. They said watch her closely and watch for bleeding. Also there is the 24 hour vet not far from my house. I feel better now that I called, but I'm still worried. Sorry for posting so much, I just scared for my baby.

Don't be in the least sorry. We all are worried for little Alex too, though I'm sure it is of course the most hard on you. Prayers and thoughts are on the way for you and Alex.
