    Rex

Rex passed on Sunday morning in the comfort of our home and in my arms. We do know it was conjestive (sp) heart failure, and the vet was pretty sure he was having strokes, not epilepsy. We all knew he didn't have much time thats why the vet didn't want to put a medical testing burden on him or us. I have lost many pets but was never around when it happened. It hurts very much, but I am so glad I was there for him holding him, talking to him and maybe being of some comfort to him. He has ALWAYS been by me and now it was my turn to return the favor. He never cried out in pain or even whimpered. He will always be with me in my heart and mind.

I'm so sorry that you have lost Rex, but how wonderful that he was being stroked and loved by you in his final hours.

Rest in peace, Rex. You will be missed.

Rex will live on in your heart forever. Run healthy and free now, Rex, at Rainbow Bridge. It was wonderful that you could be with him in the end to ease him on his journey. Hugs.

Rex was so very blessed to have had such a wonderful guardian and devoted and loving best friend. And you were so very blessed to have had such a wonderful doggie there by your side these many years to love and protect you and bring you joy and happiness. I'm so sad to hear of his passing But I know Rex took great comfort having you there with him during his final hours, to send him off lovingly to the Rainbow Bridge.

Dear Rex, I know you'll wait patiently there until that day you and your mom are together once more. All my love and most heartfelt sympathies on the loss of your beloved Rex. Love, Sandra, Cody and Star
