My Cat chaucer is diabetic. he needs 2 shots a day. sometimes he comes up stairs like hey i need my shot. Now he needs a sertan kind of kitty food he used to look at his food like you expect me to eat this. But he got used to it. Chaucer is the sweetest kitty in the wourld!!!1

raz-speaking as a human diabetic, he probably CAN tell that it's time for his shot by the way he feels, but it could also be that he knows just by what time of day it is
