    Thor came home

    Hey everybody. Thor got to come home Saturday. He seems to be doing pretty good. He has a "bedsore" on his right leg. I'm really hoping it doesn't get infected. Anyway, I want to thank everyone for their prayers and ask that you please keep sending them up. We still have a long haul before he is completely well.
    My pets are usually pleased with what I do, because they are not inflected with the concept of what I SHOULD be doing. My time is owned by: Missie,Thor, and Trinity!

    What great news Cheryl!!! You must feel so relieved. Still, prayers and positive thoughts continue for Thor's complete recovery As for the bedsore, try to keep it clean and dry; some egg crate or sheep skin bedding would also help minimize the pressure on the area when Thor's resting. Did the vet give you anything for it? Thymol iodide or a tincture of benzoine spray? They're a great help for healing human bedsores. Please give Thor a BIG hug for me! Welcome home!!!
