    Kitten Time Already....

Well, the rescue that I work with called tonight! Guess what I now have .... basically a full nursery again. I took in a mother cat and her two approx 3 week old babies. Here they are

My other baby cage has two approx 6 or 7 week old babies .....

These last two have already had their vet checks and shots, and hopefully will be adopted this weekend! Fingers crossed for these precious little ones ... and the many more that are coming over the next few months!

Kim, I love the little one thats trying to act like a mean little tiger. It is soooo cute. I wish I could have another cat, but I am lucky to just have my Grover.

    This is a sweet baby:

I would love this little one!

Thank You, kittycats_delight for my new siggy!!!

Oh my! How I would love to have a little kitten after seeing these pictures. With the baby on the way the kitten will have to wait a while.

OMG!!!! Kim they are all PRECIOUS!!!! They keep warning me that we are about ready for the kitten explosion at the shelter and after seeing these pictures I think I may have to quit volunteering until that is over!!!!
I had to laugh at the "you're choking me to death, get off of me, tongue sticking out" pictures! They are hilarious.

So does this mean that you are back in business?

I'm gonna be in so much trouble when the kittens start arriving!

Kim, what wonderful work you do. Yes, kitten time seems to come around earlier and earlier. Our local humane society has lots now too. Thanks for the fuzzies
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, champagne in one hand and strawberries in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming WOO HOO - What a Ride!

    Ditto!

Well, all I can say is I'm glad you're still available to help these babies. They are so adorable that I know they'll find good homes real soon.

That second pic is just so funny! And the little tortie girl showing her torti-tude already.

And one last question....how is it that you end up with so many black ones? Are you just trying to taunt me or something?

What can I say .... I can't turn babies away! These were each rescued from a high-kill "humane" society in a neighboring county. The black and white mom and babies was an owner surrender! Guess the stupid people couldn't figure out why their cat multiplied!!!

As long as I have these nice nursery cages and an empty bedroom, I will take in babies ..... ***NOTE TO SELF*** Must not keep, must turn babies over asap, and make room for next delivery!!!
