    Pups meet Jasmine

Thought you might like to see some pictures of Christy's dogs meeting Jasmine or checking on Jasmine:

Destiny checking to see if Jasmine is okay

"What are you doing to that baby, Dad?"

    Dakota checking on Jasmine

    Is she really in there?

Awwww. So cute! What do the girls think of her? Are they afraid or mesmerized?

And one more of Dakota looking in the playpen at Jasmine.

I don't have any of Sierra with Jasmine but they all are doing great with her. When she cries alot, Destiny keeps checking on her. I think she is going to be the one who will constantly look out for Jasmine. Sierra always checks to see why she is fussing too.

    How adorable!!!!!!

It seems as though they are adjusting well to their new 2 legged human sister.

Does her crying scare them at all??

How cute! It is always neat to see how dogs interact with babies. It looks like they did well.

oh, I did find one of Sierra checking the baby out.

Dakota likes the crying the least. She checks to see if someone is doing something about it and then goes as far away as she can. Sierra sees if someone is with Jasmine and then just goes on doing whatever she was doing. Destiny, however, looks at you like you aren't doing enough if you can't stop the crying. They all like to lick her head whenever they get a chance but we are trying not to encourage that.

It is, of course, wonderful to be here with my new grandchild but it is also nice to spend time with my other set of granddogs. This was my first opportunity to meet Sierra. Whenever I talk to Christy on the phone, she is yipping in a very high pitch bark. Come to find out she doesn't bark all that much really. In fact I think the pups are much calmer than my group. Destiny is alot like Snoopy - she wants to sit near you and lick, lick, lick. And Christy just like Amy encourages all her dogs to give kisses - as much as I love dogs I am not really crazy about having my face licked by dogs. Dakota is a stitch - she gets in the craziest positions - I truly think she thinks she is human. She will walk up to me as I am sitting on the couch and set her butt down - just like a human would. She lays in crazy, crazy positions all the time.

Couldn't have said it better, Logan. It is so adorable how they look after her already. As she gets older, she won't be able to get into any trouble at all with these three hovering over her.

Right now I am dogsitting. My baby and her baby went to Dallas to see Dad back off to Iraq. Hopefully he will be home by the end of March. Here are some pictures of Brian saying goodbye to his daughter.

And one of the new family

I haven't taken too many of the grandogs yet. The new baby came first - but here are a few of the pups.

Dakota barking at a cat on the roof of the house behind them.
Sierra curled up on the foton.

And Destiny laying on top of Dakota

And yes I am in heaven and I hate thinking about going back to my real world. Except I do miss my babies. and Amy and her babies.
