oh, the pleasuers of having a white dog.

hey everyone, i hope you all had great holidays! ive been away from PT for so long
on christmas morning Lou Dog got into some chocolate, he ate 2 bags of hershey kisses, wrappers in all!!! i had to call the emergency vet line, give him peroxide and then watch him all day for seizures- it was horrible! but he recovered pretty quick and was fine that evening...that pig!! lol but anyway back to "the pleasures of having a white dog" ....does anyone elses dog get this filthy?? lol Louie just loves to play in the mud, most of our yard is slanted and his fave thing to do is roll down the hill
these pictures just do NOT give him justice...he was covered lol

Some pics aren't showing up. All I can say is I'm glad he's okay and that he has great taste in chocolate. hehe

    Ohhh dirty pup!

My RB collie Cody got into a 1 pound bag of M&Ms one time, I had to do the same thing with the peroxide to make him throw up and called the vet too. Blech. He figured out how to open a drawer it was in and get it out!

    Glad Lou is ok!

Oh my! He was watching 100 Dalmations again wasn't he. "I wanna be a Labrador!"

Glad he's okay! Kia's snuck into more chocolate than I care to admit.

I understand those pleasures--Abbey is a filth bucket all the time!! We had some warm weather and rain here the past few weeks, and she has been filthy--she loves to roll around outside too!!!

Lou Dog, you are gorgeous even dirty!!!

I'm not sure which is worse...having a white dog and knowing they are dirty or the black ones that hide it til they jump on the bed!!!

Yeah, look on the bright side, at least you know when your dog is dirty. Sadie always looks clean but the gravel pit in my bed indicates otherwise.

Looks like he didn't just eat the chocolate - he rolled in it! Silly boy. I'm glad the chocolate didn't hurt him. Jake has done that before and it hasn't harmed him. I guess we were lucky!

    Thanks for the siggy, Lexi_Lover!

Lou dog is so cute! He's a closet chocoholic. Glad he's recovered alright. We need more pics of him!
