Anyone make their own dog cookies?

I'm looking for a not too complicated receipe to make dog cookies or bisquits for Daisy and Perry. Right now I give them People crackers during the day and a snausage at night. I would like to make a natural snack for them, something that has a little taste. Does anyone have a receipe or maybe a site that has receipes?

Thanks buckwild, those are great sites and the receipes are pretty easy to follow. Will print out and try them.

I have made a couple different kinds for Shaianne. One of them was a soft cookie like treat made with baby food, didn't take long at all. Another one was for milkbone type treats and I used broth instead of water to make it more meaty for her, she like them both. Haven't had much time to do it again, too busy with other stuff!!

I have an entire book full of doggy recipes and I have made almost all of them for Nikki! It is called "Three Dog Bakery Cookobook" by Dan Dye and Mark Beckloff. It is wonderful! It has over 50 recipes!

The Three Dog Bakery definitely is a terrific one. I have it, and the girls love all the recipes. I have another great one, whose title escapes me at the moment. It even came with its' own litte doggie-bone shaped cookie cutter! Hugs to Daisy and Perry!
