Thanks everybody. She's my little moochie girl.

In the first pic, on the left side of the pic, you can just barely see the edges of her "house." The big cardboard box I can't bring myself to throw away because she loves it so much. So this whole area could be considered "hers." The only time I see Tubby in this area is when he's following her around and pestering her, so yes, Tracey, she probably went here in the first place to hide from Tubby. But, whenever she runs from anything - the doorbell, vacuum, etc - she will immediately go to this area, then if the threat still looms she will bolt for the basement. And she is so thankful that her daddy doesn't hang his clothes up in the closet like he's supposed to, but instead makes another little hiding spot for her. She is such a daddy's little girl.
