    just dancing the night away....

    FROM ANANOVA....

Estate agent, 63, is world's oldest male stripper

An estate agent over 60-years-old has been recognised by the Guinness Book of Records as the world's oldest male stripper.

Bernie Barker, who turns 63 today, a former nuclear power plant worker from New York, only took up erotic dancing in his senior years following a brush with death.

In 1999, he was diagnosed with prostate cancer. To keep in shape after life-saving surgery, he became a regular cage dancer at Miami Gold, a strip club in North Miami Beach.

Now he can be seen "hip-shaking like Elvis, moonwalking like Michael Jackson" at Club LaBare, a North Miami Beach ladies' club, in nothing but his fluorescent yellow g-string.

He's even won over 30 male strip competitions, beating contestants young enough to be his grandchildren.

"If I can do these things with cancer at 62, others can feel a little better about themselves and their own possibilities," says Bernie. "I feel young, probably too young!"

    omg!!!!!

Unfortunately, while reading that story, I got a mental picture--not what I needed before my coffee this morning!!!!!!

Although, Mick Jagger did just turn 60 the other day--he isn't a stripper, but he does dance all night, and wears some pretty, um, tight clothes!!!!!!!

Hmmmm I'd pay to go and see him.....I'll bet he's in better shape than most young guys. And I'll bet he makes more money than most.....wonder if he's single????
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, champagne in one hand and strawberries in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming WOO HOO - What a Ride!

Hummm, well I'll reserve judgement till I see this guy. I've
seen some pretty studly looking 60 somethings (with clothes
on) After a certain age most folks should undress in the
    dark. It's a law I think.....

    Wow...bad bad thoughts...

If you're listening to this song
You may think the chords are going wrong
    But they're not
We just wrote it like that

When you're listening late at night
You may think the band are not quite right
But they are, they just play it like that

It doesn't really matter what chords I play
What words I say or time of day it is
As it's only a Northern song

It doesn't really matter what clothes I wear
Or how I fare or if my hair is brown
When it's only a Northern song

    If you think the harmony
Is a little dark and out of key
    You're correct, there's nobody there

And I told you there's no one there

I am very happy for this ol' guy. Good for him! I admire him for not caring about stereotypes and prejudices. Any age is beautiful if YOU love it.

Two years ago I fell in love with a 52yo man (I was 26) and he seemed much younger than many men my age.
