    Binx's biopsy results

Well, the results are in, though tomorrow is our official visit. It is NOT cancerous, thank God. But, it is more than excess gum growth. It is excess bone growth, too!!! The vet wants to see the one tooth that was exposed down to the perodontal ligament...and talk to me about 'where do we go from here'.

I just keep thinking, excess bone growth? Am I going to be owned by a little elephant? Will I be able to get home tonight and open the front door? Will I see Binxie sticking out all the windows? Will he be like a giraffe? Will I have to rent a moving van to transport him places?

Tune in tomorrow for more of Excess DOGGIE!!!

Thank goodness it's not cancer! Good luck to you both with the official visit tomorrow!

You won't need a van to transport him, just a cart to hitch behind him! Think of all the gas money you'll save! Binxportation!

Oh my I am glad it is not cancer! Your post as always had me laughing and that is what will get you through this! "Where do we go from here" sound a little ominous. Hope he will have some good suggestions. Nevertheless we continue to have Binx in our thoughts for a good result.

Speaking of having Binx in my thoughts, just today I had a patient on the phone by the name of Mrs. Binks. Before she spelled her last name I was sure it was Binx and of course I was thinking of your boy. Pet Talkers are always on my mind!

Add me to the "Thank God it's not cancer!" list!

This is wonderful news, I just hope they can find out what to do for the Binxy boy

It's so funny, I was just going to pm you and ask if he'd been to see the dr yet, and look, here's the post answering my unasked question! Good luck with the visit today!!

Cataholic, glad to hear the good news...my wife and I were really touched when we met the big boy Binx in Findlay. We're praying for a complete healing!

As I came to "Dog Health" this morning, ready to ask about Binxie boy, I saw your post. Like everybody else, I'm happy to hear cancer is not the problem. I do hope the vet can tell you where to go from here and find a cure for everything that's troubling the gentle giant. Please give him a big hug from me if you can still get your arms around him.
