    She walks funny, he hiccups

I have 2 chow/retriever mixes, 6 1/2 months old named Maizy (female) and Mojo (male).
Occasionaly, Maizy will walk through the house wierd, almost as if her 2 front legs are...bow-legged. We thought it was the tile floor then realized she does it outside too, but then she runs fine. Any idea why? She looks like she has more Chow in her than Mojo (see pic). We were wondering if maybe the Chow in her has something to do with it?
Also, we noticed when Mojo sleeps, he makes this hiccuping noise. It's really cute but we don't know what it is. We don't think it's anything serious but it still puzzles us. Any idea?
    Thanks!!

sorry i'm not really help...have you tried searching google? You might find something helpful there if it is related to the chow...as for the hiccup thing...kai does that too. It's not really hiccups but like...just weird noises...I'm just thankful he doesn't snore like some other dogs i've heard of. Welcome to pet talk by the way!

sounds like she might have a early form of arthritis, you should take her to the vet to get checked out. The hickup thing is normal, my dog hickups all the time .

Adorable puppies! My dogs make funny noises when they sleep too. I think they are dreaming. I think tikeyas_mom is right, it can be arthritis.

When Dakota was a puppy she used to alway hiccup! The only way I could get her to stop was to give her a small piece of bread, it took them right away, but that was during the day while she was awake, not while she was sleeping!
