this is the Saddest phone call....

We all are crying our eyes out. My brother and his girl friend found an adult bunny in there yard being attacked by cats, like, alot of cats. So they shued the cats away like any good person would. When the cats left they saw the bunny. The poor thing has its one leg chewed almost off and his other has a large gash on it. They have called vets and they won't take it because its not a patient and they don't do night calls for wild animals The poor thing is scared and in alot of pain and can't get help because he's not a patinet!! They are just glad I wasn't the one on the phone talking to them!!!!!

Poor bunny, but at least she got to go peacefully. I wonder if she was hurt some way before the cats found her that enabled her to be caught.

Rest in peace, wild bunny, We love you tho your acquaintance was a tragicly brief one.

Thanx She was all we talked about today. We deced to call her Momma so people know who we are talking about. At first during Prayer request at school I told them to pray for the injured bunny and that she didn't have babies. There like WHAT JULIAN IS HURT!!! . I then explained to them my loooong night. I twas a sad night, but I'm glad she didn't suffer to long. I can't even imagine how long she woudl haev lived if we would have not steped in and took her to the vets.

Karen- I wondered that to. I told them she most likly had somethign worng with her (injured foot or something) because most rabbits do not get caught cause they are fast.

May you rest in peace Momma
