Thread of the year - 2001

Here's your chance to vote on the best thread of 2001. There were several great threads so it will be a challenge to pick just one.
    1. Cinder wants to keep the stray she found This is a great story about Smokey, also introduces Jasper's Mom and how her cat was missing.
    2. My Jasper's Home And then he came home because he was chipped.
    3. PetTalkville This was a great thread and interest in it has renewed with this poll.
    4. Cat Christmas Carol I had forgotten this one and shows our poetic talent. Some of the pics don't work
    5. It's Phred's Boots!! This is going to take some imagination, because most of the pics don't work.
    6. Help me with this rescue cat introduces us to Butter.
    7. Help, the evil plastic bag got me! by our favorite author, Phred.
    8. Only a cat. So true, so true.
    9. World Trade Center, Pentagon under attack Not a happy thread, but very important.
    10. The story of Hope and a Hope update Some of the links no longer work, but there great attached pics in the update.

OK, that's it. Have fun in casting your vote

Wow. So many excellent threads ... this is tough!

I HAD to vote for My Jasper's Home

I followed that story from the beginning and remember sitting at my computer crying and wishing for Jasper to come home. I couldn't believe it when he was finally back!!

I had no idea that Butter's story was even in the running. Well, everyone knows the end of that story , but it was good to go back and read that whole thread!!! I love him more today than I did then, believe it or not.

But I placed my vote for Cinder. I thought that thread was priceless!! I even printed out over 40 pages, once, for one of our members who didn't have a computer, just so she could keep up!

In Cinder, did you notice Cinder first wrote in English, then, after a few pages, slowly moved to dawg?
