    The Retrievers

An Animal Planet original movie will be shown on Christmas Eve at 7 central (I think). Betty White is in the movie. Has anyone seen the commercial for it? Golden Retriever lovers should definately check it out. You'll see some cutie patootie puppies!

This looks like a perfect family movie if you guys were looking for something to do with your families on the evening of the 24th

I just saw on their site that they're showing The Retrievers on Monday AND Friday, Gorillas in the Mist on Tuesday, Rain on Wednesday (I know some of you really love that movie), and Walking Thunder on Thursday.

    Here are the summaries: http://animal.discovery.com/tuneins/movieweek.html

Did anyone see their special "Animal Precinct" last night about the WTC event? It was really interesting. After that they had on a special about the search dogs and miraculous stories about pets being saved but I fell asleep!

I watched the Retrievers until it made me cry and then I shut it off. I just can't deal with sad stuff when poochies are involved! Sheesh, what a sap I am. How did finals go aly?

Its a sad movie??? The summary didn't sound sad. It sounded more like a comedy to me!

Finals went okay. I am SO glad they are over. WAAAAHOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just bought "Gorilla's in the Mist" looking forward to seeing it, maybe during the holiday. Haven't seen Rain, Walking Thunder or the Retrievers. They sound like really good programs.

I saw the retreivers a couple of months ago. It is sad and funny. There are parts that really have you crying if you are a dog lover and then there are parts that have you laughing and cheering. Overall it was an OK movie. If I wasn't a dog lover it probably would of been a bust. And since I'm a Golden fanatic I was glued to the TV. Just had to know the ending.
