    Strange Sitting Position

    I have a part Siamese cat named Meezy. He is one of the sweetest yet most demanding cats I have ever known. One strange thing about him is the way he sits. Have you ever?

    His mother was a gray tabby and his daddy was a black cat out in the country at my sister's place. Meezy was the only Siamese in the litter and really looks Siamese.     I call that for boy cats the beer and remote pose. For girl cats the wine and remote pose but they can be altered (not being sexually discriminatory - just going by statistics).

    The wine and remote pose is one of Bastets favourite sitting position along with the sumo, the bolwling pin and the sleeping tortolini.

    BTW the remote is the remote control for the tv or video or dvd player!

    I love it when cats sit like that, it's always so goofy looking. Another reason I probably love it is because my two don't sit like that - ever. I guess Peanut is to dignified, and Tubby, well, maybe he's just too tubby.

    Welcome CaliTex52 (aka Linda ). You have some beautiful kitties, and I also love that picture with the peanuts stuck to them, that is too funny.
