Veggies

I see the posts about giving the budgies fruits and veggies, are these supposed to be given raw or cooked

I give tiki grapes cut in half. But for veggies i give her corn.... when we give her the corn we soak them in hot water for about 1 minute then wait another minute till they cool. She loves them!
as for other stuff im not sure for veggies (those two are her favorite food) but we give her parts of bannanas and walnuts.
