Jovial John!
Dearest John, what a beautiful Meezer you are! You are such a gorgeous guy, absolutely stunning in all those great photos. Thank you for sharing them with us! You look so comfortable in them all, totally settled at home. They capture so well your classic Seal Point Siamese beauty, complete with those lovely big blue eyes. And how nice to see you with your previous Meowmie, riding with her on her walker! I wish I could reach through the screen and down over to Oklahoma to pet you, and pet your dear older Domestic Longhair ginger brother Brian, too. I can't, of course, but I know your loving and beloved Purrrson will pet you both for me .
And what a story you have to tell! Your first family had rescued you as a kitten and loved you very much. Sadly, they had to find you a new home because of allergies. You came to live with your new Meowmie, and you and she had lots of fun! She'd ask if you'd like to go for a ride, and you'd hop on her walker and ride for as long as she kept pushing. Then you got to be so big and strong, the family was afraid you might knock her down, so you came to live with them. Now she is your Grandmeowmie, and your present Purrrson is her son/daughter, so you've stayed in the family!
What a delightful Purrrsonality you have! You enjoy playing with Brian and watching birds out the window. You love to be brushed and demand it each morning. You don't like to be held, but you do come for skritches when you're in the mood. You're a BIG boy, and when you get the "zoomies" you rearrange the furniture and rugs! You love running on your exercise wheel, especially in the middle of the night. You and Brian and your Purrrsons all love each other very much, don't you. What a wonderful love-filled home you share!
Congratulations, darling John, on being chosen today's Cat of the Day! We hope you and your dear Purrrsons and Brian and Grandmeowmie and all your family and friends are enjoying a fine celebration, full of fun and lovies and all your favorite games and treats.
I meant," said Ipslore bitterly, "what is there in this world that truly makes living worthwhile?"
Death thought about it.
CATS, he said eventually. CATS ARE NICE.
