    Precious Pompi!

Dearest Pompi, what a gorgeous young man you are! Your fur is absolutely beautiful with that Tuxedo black and white fur in such an interesting pattern. What a sweet face you have with those lovely big eyes we can hardly see! You are so cute leaning against that post in that great photograph, and thank you for sharing it with us. I wish I could reach through the screen and down to Tres Arroyos, Buenos Aires, Argentina to pet you! I can't, of course, but I know your loving and beloved person and mother Ana will pet you for me .

And what an amazing story you have to tell! That's horrifying that the vet didn't realize you were a boy, not a girl, until she was going to spay you. She was surprised to find that you didn't have female organs and then looked under your tail and saw your "male attributes!" I'm so glad that you survived the "spay" operation and were neutered! You had been treated as a female until then, but now you are treated as the happy, delightful young man you are. You and your dear person and Ana all love each other very much, don't you. What a wonderful love-filled home you share!

Congratulations, darling Pompi, on being chosen today's Cat of the Day! We hope you and your dear person and Ana and all your family and friends are enjoying a fine celebration, full of fun and lovies and all your favorite games and treats.

I meant," said Ipslore bitterly, "what is there in this world that truly makes living worthwhile?"
    Death thought about it.
CATS, he said eventually. CATS ARE NICE.

Dear Pompi, what a handsome boy you are. You look so sleek and soft, and your face, with those beautiful markings, is adorable.
I'm sorry that you had to go through unnecessary surgery, just because the vet was incredibly uneducated and careless.
Luckily, everything turned out ok, and you are all grown up. Like your person said, it doesn't matter if boy or girl.
What's important is that you have a forever home and you are being loved.
Pompi, you are indeed a precious kitty, and I wish you and your family a great day full of celebration, and many more happy and healthy years together.

Pompi, first I would like to say that you are absolutely ADORABLE! You look so cute leaning against that post and I love your black and white fur.

I am so sorry about the unnecessary surgery, but your amazing human found out you were a boy and got the right surgery for you. I hope you're having an amazing life in Argentina, I'm sure you are! You are so precious and I hope you and your humans have many more happy, healthy years together.

Congratulations, Precious Pompi, on being Cat of the Day!
