    Beautiful Butch (and Blossom, too)!

Dearest Butch, you are adorable! What a gorgeous young man you are, with that orange-tabby fur that looks so soft and that sweet face with the long curly white whiskers and those lovely big green eyes. At your young age of five months, you (all eight pounds of you!) already look so distinguished and knowledgeable! And how sweet to see you and your gorgeous sister Blossom (also a real stunner) looking out the window. I wish I could reach through the screen and Cupertino, CA to pet you both! I can't, of course, but I know your loving and beloved Purrrson will pet you both for me .

And what a delightful Purrrsonality you have! You are full of energy and make your dear Purrrson smile with your antics... splashing in your water bowl, sleeping on the window sill, hiding in whatever box you can find. You run around the house, chirping instead of meowing. You love watching the fish tank, wishing you could play with the fishies. (Or are you imagining a midnight snack? ) At night you sneak under the bed covers and cuddle up by your dear Purrrson until morning. You and Blossom have a great time playing, chasing each other, tumbling each other to the ground. In mid-day you two bathe each other and then you chew on Blossom's ear, starting a wrestling match. You both make lots of noise with your antics, making your dear Purrrson laugh. She/he cannot imagine not having you two! You all love each other very much, don't you. What a wonderful love-filled home you share!

Congratulations, darling Butch (and Blossom), on being chosen today's Cat(s) of the Day! We hope you both and your dear Purrrson and all your family and friends are enjoying a fine celebration, full of fun and lovies and all your favorite games and treats.

I meant," said Ipslore bitterly, "what is there in this world that truly makes living worthwhile?"
    Death thought about it.
CATS, he said eventually. CATS ARE NICE.

Butch is a five-month-old Siamese/Maine Coon mix who is already weighing eight pounds. He loves splashing in his water dish, sleeping on the window sill and hiding in whatever box he can find. When running around the house he "chirps" instead of meowing. He loves looking at the fish tank and wishes he could play with the fishies. During the night, he will usually sneak under the covers and lay right next to me until morning.

He loves to chase his sister, Blossom, and tumble her to the ground. She can hold her own though and tumbles him too! She is all black, even her whiskers. In mid day they will lay around and bathe each other and Butch will chew on Blossom's ear which usually starts a wrestling match. They make a good amount of noise rolling on the floor and jumping on each other. It is great living with these kittens. I can't imagine not having them. They always there for me and they always make me laugh.
Hello, Butch in California! Happy Cat of the Day!

What a darling kitten you are! I like your long white whiskers and your orange tabby markings! I would be delighted to pet you and Blossom - since I can't, though, I hope your person will pet both of you for me.

You give your person loads of smiles each day! You wrestle and make noise as you play. You nap on the window sill, or hide in a box. You make your special chirping sound as you are running! You sneak in to sleep with your person at night Best of all, you and Blossom are much-loved kitties!

Happy, happy Cat of the Day to Butch, and love to Blossom too!
