    In honor of Monroe

This is my favorite picture of Monroe, showing off his long legs. So I made a little Monroe to match the photo.

I even added his pink pads. They were always so soft.

    Oh, that's wonderful, Heidi!

What a lovely, delightful tribute to dear Monroe and the deep love you and he and all your family share!

I meant," said Ipslore bitterly, "what is there in this world that truly makes living worthwhile?"
    Death thought about it.
CATS, he said eventually. CATS ARE NICE.

Heidi, that is indeed a wonderful picture of Monroe - and the cat you made looks just like him, paws and all. You are so skilled!

    Thank you, Pat and Randi!
It helps me with the grieving process, and with retaining all the memories.

I miss him so much. I miss finding chewed up things, paper in the water fountain, his incredibly loud purr, the head bumpies, his soft coat...

AWWwwww, I'm so sorry, Heidi. What a wonderful companion, what a precious friend! He's right there with you, I'm sure, sending his love.

    Thanks, Pat!
The other day, I found a paper towel in the water bowl. I just knew Monroe had done it, from the Great Beyond.
