Congratulations on being honoured as Cat of the Day, Spenser!

What a handsome orange boy you were! Your coat had such beautiful patterns and your green eyes were stunning! That look on your sweet face has me melting.

Many years ago, you showed up at your family’s residence while your mom were putting bulbs in the soil. She had to take a break because you wanted to sit in her lap. That sealed the deal, she just could not resist you - no wonder!

You have had a long and wonderful life, although you also had some serious accidents, but luckily you healed up again.

In your heyday, you had great hunting skills and brought your family many different presents… I’m sure to show your appreciation. And you were loved very much in return.

You have now left your family and are missed very much. I hope you are resting easy on the RB, basking in the sun, having a celebration with the other kitties who left before you. I’m sure my Fister, who looked very much like you will show you around.

Dearest Spenser, what a beautiful orange Angel kitty you are! You are so handsome with that orange and white tabby-patterned fur and the sweet face with the cute pink nose and the long white whiskers and those lovely green eyes with such a look of contentment and love in them. Thank you for sharing all those great photos with us! You are adorable in every one of them, and in that one with the other cat, is that your young whippersnapper neighbor cat who likes to spend lots of time on your porch? I wish I could reach through the screen and ..up to the Rainbow Bridge, I guess, to pet you! I can't, of course, but I know the other Angels are petting you for me .

And what a sweet, uplifting tribute your dear loving and beloved Purrrson has written about you! You showed up one day while he/she was planting bulbs. You settled in her/his lap and then you adopted each other! You got along with the other kitties in residence then, the then-fourteen year old male and later two tortie kittens. Over the years you had many adventures and misadventures, including some serious accidents which we are so glad you survived! You were a great hunter and brought your dear Purrrson many gifts of animal parts. You mellowed as you matured but still enjoyed basking in the sun and surveying your domain. You had a long, full life and are loved and missed and grieved by many. You were, still are the sweetest-tempered cat your dear Purrrson has ever met, and you two love each other very much, don't you. Please send some Angelic purrrs to his/her heart as a reminder that love is eternal, you are together always, and you will welcome her/him home, One Fine Day.. What a wonderful love-filled home you shared!

Dear Spenser, what a beautiful kitty angel you are. Your orange tabby coat looks so plush and soft, and your face is so sweet with those green eyes and your long whiskers.
You certainly took advantage of your nine lives. You had many adventures and misadventures.
Despite all of that, you lived a long and wonderful life. You were tolerant of all the kitties in your life, even a neighborhood cat who wanted to live at your person's house.
Spenser, you were a magnificent boy in life, and now a glorious angel at the Rainbow Bridge.
I know you will be watching over your beloved family, and today, they will be celebrating with you on your special day.

Happy Cat of the Day, beautiful Spenser. What an honor it is, having the chance to pay tribute to one beautiful, most deserving fur angel.

What a wonderful, amazing long life you lived, Spenser, how loved you were by your furever family. You stole their hearts from day one, the day you planted yourself on your mommy to be's lap as she planted those bulbs. And so was planted the seed of that would sprout into 19 years of shared love and devoted companship. You lived your life here on earth with unbrilded zest and gusto, such heart, and I just know that now, there at the Rainbow Bridge, your indominitable spirit shines even more brightly. And though your pawrents miss you so dearly, I know they are comforted by the countless memories you and they made, knowing that one day in the distant future you and they will be reunited, and what a joyful day that will be. How blessed they were, having known your love those many years. A family couldn't hope for a furkid more special than you. Till then, Spenser, continue to shine down your light upon your humans. They miss you so very much.

Spencer was the Crem de la crem of a big, orange creamsicle kitty Cat! What a beauty and a charmer, sorry he left but he had the best life. I am so glad we honoured your wonderful Spencer today, magnificent COTD!!
